Chocolock is a cybersecurity awareness application. By using this service, you accept these terms of use.
2. Data processing
Data collected:
- User type (person or team) - no name stored
- Creation date/time of chocolocks
- Browser type during QR scans (anonymized)
- QR scan dates (anonymized)
Purpose:
Data is collected only for statistical purposes to:
- Measure awareness impact
- Generate anonymous statistics
- Improve user experience
Retention:
Data is stored securely and automatically deleted after 12 months.
No personal data:
No name, email, IP address or any identifying data is collected or stored.
3. Service use
Chocolock is provided for informational and educational purposes. Usage must comply with applicable laws and your organization's policies.
4. Limitation of liability
Chocolock is an awareness tool. Users are solely responsible for how they use it. Chocolock does not commit at any time to finance pastries or any other expense on behalf of the people caught.
